- Cutting board
- large strainer
- 4 stems of celerys
- 2 medium sized onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 carrots
- 6 stems of thyme
- 4 stems of parsley
- 8 cups water

- Gather all ingredients
- Add 8 cups of water into the pot and turn it on high heat until water begins to boil
- Roughly cop all ingredients and add them to the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes
- Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 1 hour
- Stain to separate solid ingredients from liquid.
