EQUIPMENT

  • large pot
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Peeler
  • large strainer

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 stems of celerys
  • 2 medium sized onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 carrots
  • 6 stems of thyme
  • 4 stems of parsley
  • 8 cups water

Vegetable Stock Recipe

 

  1. Gather all ingredients
Celery, Carrot, Thyme, Garlic, Onion and Parsley
  1. Add 8 cups of water into the pot and turn it on high heat until water begins to boil
  1. Roughly cop all ingredients and add them to the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes
  1. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 1 hour
  1. Stain to separate solid ingredients from liquid.

NOTES

You can use this the same day or put it up in the fridge.
