1. Drinking enough water

Try to ensure that you are drinking the recommended amount of water daily.

2. Taking walks

Daily walks are a great way to get out and get your body moving. Sometimes, we overthink exercising by believing that it has to be vigorous and hard.

3. Good sleep schedule
